A lymphatic drainage facial is a gentle facial massage designed to stimulate your lymphatic system, which helps move excess fluid, waste products, and immune cells through the body.
An esthetician uses very light, rhythmic strokes to encourage lymph fluid to move toward the lymph nodes in your neck. Some treatments also use tools like jade rollers or gua sha stones, but the massage itself is the key part.
